Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using this site or the TIPT app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. Landing page use

This site is currently a landing page. Submitting your email means you'd like to be notified when TIPT opens for sign-ups. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing privacy@tipt.social.

3. Account eligibility (when the app opens)

You must be at least 13 years old to use TIPT.

4. Your account (when the app opens)

• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate identity information — real name, real photo.
• One person, one account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Scrape or extract data from TIPT by automated means.
• Use TIPT to send spam, phishing, or malware.
• Violate any law or the rights of any third party.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post on TIPT. You grant TIPT a limited license to display and route that content as needed to operate the service.

7. Tips and payments

TIPT facilitates tip routing via third-party payment providers (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, etc.). TIPT does not process payments itself and is not responsible for the actions or outages of those providers.

8. Third-party identity providers

If you sign in via Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Microsoft, your use of that provider is governed by that provider's own terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the safety of users or the service.

10. Disclaimers

TIPT is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIPT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
